ICMS is looking for an experienced General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) Coordinator who is responsible for GFEBS-related maintenance management activities and ensures that preventive and demand maintenance work is accurately entered, scheduled, tracked, documented, and closed out in accordance with contract requirements and applicable Army procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and administer the use of GFEBS for facility maintenance and work management activities.
- Enter, maintain, and update the Preventive Maintenance (PM) plan in GFEBS.
- Create, execute, schedule, track, update, and close Preventive Maintenance Orders (PMOs).
- Monitor PMO status and coordinate with maintenance shops and supervisors to ensure scheduled preventive maintenance activities are completed and properly documented.
- Support the processing and execution of Demand Maintenance Orders (DMOs) from initial service-order identification through prioritization, assignment, execution, documentation, and closeout.
- Coordinate with DPW management, maintenance supervisors, planners, technicians, supply personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure work-order information is complete and current.
- Perform GFEBS data entry and maintain data integrity for maintenance and facility-management activities.
- Support real property inventory updates and ensure applicable facility and asset information is accurately reflected in GFEBS.
- Support material planning and acquisition activities associated with maintenance work orders, as applicable.
- Generate, review, and analyze GFEBS reports to support maintenance planning, workload management, performance tracking, and management decision-making.
- Track outstanding, overdue, completed, and closed work orders and provide status information to DPW/BASOPS management.
- Maintain appropriate documentation and records supporting GFEBS transactions and maintenance work management.
- Provide GFEBS-related administrative and technical support to the DPW BASOPS team.
- Assist with audits, inspections, data calls, and other reporting requirements involving GFEBS maintenance records.
- Perform other GFEBS, maintenance management, and administrative duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience using the U.S. Army's General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) in a military installation environment.
- Demonstrated experience using GFEBS for:
- Preventive maintenance planning and execution
- Preventive Maintenance Orders (PMOs)
- Demand Maintenance Orders (DMOs) and work-order processing
- Real property inventory updates
- Material planning and acquisition
- GFEBS data entry and transaction processing
- Generation, review, and analysis of GFEBS reports
- Experience coordinating with maintenance shops, supervisors, planners, supply personnel, and government personnel to process and close work orders
- Strong organizational, analytical, and data-management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.

Work schedules are subject to change based on client and company needs. As a management position, this person will be on call regularly and be available for and respond to emergencies off shift.
