Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field experience in commercial construction.
• 2 years of carpentry experience.
• Experience supervising field operations.
• Knowledge of carpentry, construction methods, site operations and safety.
• Valid driver's license; ability to travel between jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Lead MCL craft employees in the field and coordinate daily work.
• Support the Superintendent with planning, scheduling, timesheets, and manpower forecasts.
• Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and teamwork.
• Identify problems early and implement solutions to keep work moving.
