Job summary

RECON Engineering & Construction in Oregon seeks a General Foreman to direct and manage multiple foreman-led labor teams across structural, mechanical, refractory, and piping disciplines. You will plan, monitor and expedite field work to ensure quality and safe execution.

You will maintain stock of materials and equipment and oversee the work assigned to craft teams, reporting directly to the superintendent or project manager. Strong leadership and years of field experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Driver's license.
• Operator certification for project mobile equipment.
• Operator certification for project material-handling equipment.
• Ability to oversee multiple craft teams.
• 10+ years of construction or industry experience.
