Job summary

Accelevation is seeking a General Foreman – Field Operations in Fort Worth, TX, overseeing day-to-day field execution across installation services and electrical fit-out scopes. You will lead Foremen and craft personnel, ensure safety, and deliver projects on schedule with high quality.

Responsibilities include planning manpower, coordinating with Superintendents and engineers, enforcing QA/QC, and mentoring crews to scale mission-critical infrastructure nationwide.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in construction field operations or skilled trades.
• Proven experience as a Foreman or General Foreman managing multiple crews.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction drawings, and specifications.
• Working knowledge of QA/QC processes and construction safety requirements.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Superintendents, Engineers, and cross-functional teams.

• Resolve field conflicts and support communication between field teams, project management, and subcontractors.
• Mentor and develop Foremen and craft personnel while supporting project setup, execution, and closeout.

Your Impact

Your leadership directly supports Accelevation’s ability to scale and deliver mission‑critical infrastructure projects nationwide.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Employees must be able to hear, speak, and communicate effectively. Work occurs in data center environments with potential exposure to electrical hazards, noise, and varying temperatures. Flexible hours, including nights and weekends, may be required.

Physical requirements include bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, climbing, kneeling, balancing, pushing, pulling, and reaching overhead. Employees must lift at least 50 lbs, perform overhead work for extended periods, climb and carry ladders up to 12 ft, navigate stairways, and work at heights up to 90 ft using ladders, scaffolds, or lifts.

Employees must access restricted areas (e.g., switchgear rooms, vaults, tunnels, crawl spaces), wear full PPE, have good vision and hearing (normal or corrected), and accurately identify colors. Some projects may lack food facilities, requiring employees to bring meals and snacks.
