Job Title: General Production Worker — 1st shift
Company: Sandridge Crafted Foods
Location: Medina, Ohio
Job Type: Full-Time
Union: This is a bargaining-unit position represented by UFCW Local 880
Shift: 10 hour shifts, start times between 1:00 AM and 10:59 AM depending on the role and department. Most schedules run Monday–Friday; some roles run Tuesday–Saturday.
Pay: Earn Up to $19.47 an hour with incentives!

• Base Pay: $15.64 – $17.97 per hour, depending on role assignment
• +$1.50 per hour Attendance Bonus (Weekly) — Reliable attendance = higher weekly pay

About the Role

Based on your experience and our current openings, you'll be matched to one of several production roles, which may include:

• Packers / Case Packers – Pack and inspect finished products
• Line Leads – Help run the line and support the team
• Clean Room Operators – Work in controlled environments operating filling equipment
• Tray / Hand Fillers – Fill products to correct weight and specs
• Potato Unloaders – Move trays and materials (higher physical role)
• Ingredient Handlers / Prep – Weigh and stage ingredients
• Production Support – Rotate across lines assisting wherever needed

• Prior manufacturing/production experience preferred but not required — training provided
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
