42 North Dental is seeking a General Dentist in Torrington, CT to lead the full patient care experience from exams and treatment planning to delivery of care, with in-office specialties supported. The position can be 2–5 days per week, 8AM–5PM, with compensation up to 36% of collections and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state dental license in the relevant state.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documentation.
• Malpractice insurance proof.
• BLS/CPR certification current.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures as needed.
• Maintain high quality of care and ethics.
• Pursue ongoing education and professional development.
