42 North Dental in Torrington, CT is seeking a General Dentist to join our growing practice. You will deliver comprehensive patient care from exams to treatment planning, with in-office specialties and a collaborative team environment.

This opportunity offers up to 36% collections, a flexible schedule (2-5 days per week), and robust benefits including health insurance, 401K, CE opportunities, and more.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA‑accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and various treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore patient's oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x‑rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of the teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care and ethics.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continuing education.
