42 North Dental in Torrington, CT is hiring a General Dentist to join our patient‑centered practice. Earn up to 36% of collections as you deliver high‑quality care from exam to treatment planning in a collaborative, dentist‑led environment.

This role supports in‑office specialties like periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics, with options for part‑time or full‑time schedules and ongoing CE through Harvard Rounds Network.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans.
• Maintain and update medical and dental records.
• Interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth/jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive care.
• Perform surgical procedures as needed.
• Uphold high standards of ethics and professionalism.
