New Image Dental of Hugo in Hugo, Oklahoma is hiring a full-time general dentist to join a high-performing team. You will serve as the solo dentist and clinical leader in your supported office, delivering routine and cosmetic dentistry with autonomy and strong mentorship.

The role offers a guaranteed base salary, with opportunities for unlimited compensation through production-based bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package. A culture‑rich environment and work‑life balance are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Proficient in extractions & endodontics.
• Comfortable treating a wide variety of patients/ages.
• Active dental license in the State of Oklahoma.
• Graduated from an accredited dental school.
• Active DEA, BLS, ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide general dentistry to a wide variety of patients.
• Lead your own supported office with clinical autonomy.
• Contribute to a positive culture while delivering routine and cosmetic dentistry.
• Collaborate with support teams for marketing, credentialing, billing, HR and operations.

Compensation Package
