Job summary

Desort is seeking a General Dentist to provide comprehensive tooth replacement and restorative care in South Charleston, WV. The role emphasizes extractions, removable prosthetics, implants, and related prosthetic services within an advanced diagnostic setting.

The practice supports on‑site labs and clinical mentorship for experienced dentists and those looking to develop surgical and implant skills. A collaborative team approach and ongoing professional development are encouraged.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Current or eligible dental license to practice.
• Implant experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Consult with patients, perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Provide extraction and surgical dental services, including complex cases as appropriate.
• Provide removable, fixed, and implant‑supported tooth replacement solutions.
• Assist with planning and delivering dentures, partials, implants, and related prosthetic services.
• Collaborate with laboratory personnel in denture and partial fabrication.
• Maintain compassionate, patient‑centered care with strong chairside communication.
• Keep clinical documentation and follow professional standards.
• Stay current with dentistry developments through continuing education.
