You will provide comprehensive dental care for patients of all ages, perform extractions, root canals, crowns, and prosthodontics, and ensure HIPAA-compliant documentation.

This full-time position offers base pay plus a quarterly bonus, excellent administrative support, and opportunities for mentorship within a multi-specialty practice.

Qualifications

• Proven clinical experience in a general dentistry setting.
• Proficiency with dental practice management software.
• Experience treating pediatric patients is a plus.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, imaging, and records management.
• Ability to perform extractions, root canals, and prosthodontic services.

Responsibilities

• Perform general dentistry procedures, including exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and extractions
• Conduct patient assessments and diagnose oral health issues
• Develop individualized treatment plans and communicate options clearly using accurate dental terminology
• Perform dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontic procedures, and oral surgery as needed
• Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards
• Operate dental imaging equipment and interpret results for diagnostic purposes
• Adhere strictly to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols
