Passion Dental in Lawrence, MA is seeking a motivated General Dentist to join our patient-centered team. You will provide comprehensive dental care across all ages while upholding safety, quality, and compassionate service.

Competenze

• Proven clinical experience in a general dentistry setting.
• Proficiency with dental practice management software.
• Experience with pediatric dentistry is a plus.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, imaging, and records management.
• Familiarity with dental fabrication processes and endodontic procedures.
• Ability to confidently perform extractions, root canals, and prosthodontic services.
• Excellent patient care, communication, and education skills.

Mansioni

• Perform general dentistry procedures, including exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and extractions

Responsibilities

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Friday

Compensation paid at 35% of adjusted production (Quarterly bonus)

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active (or eligibility for) Massachusetts dental license
• DEA license and CPR/BLS certification
• Experience treating both adult and pediatric patients preferred
• Strong treatment-planning and case-presentation skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume practice
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and patient care
• Open to mentorship and working alongside specialists in a multi-specialty setting
• New graduates welcome; experience in similar practice environments is a plus
