Job summary

Passion Dental in Brockton, MA is seeking a motivated General Dentist to join our patient-centered practice. You will provide comprehensive dental care for patients of all ages, delivering exams, cleanings, restorations, and extractions while upholding the highest standards of safety and quality.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active (or eligible for) Massachusetts dental license.
• DEA license and CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience treating both adult and pediatric patients preferred.
• Strong treatment-planning and case-presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general dentistry procedures including exams, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and extractions.
• Conduct patient assessments and diagnose oral health issues.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and communicate options clearly using accurate dental terminology.
• Perform extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontic procedures, and oral surgery as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical documentation.
• Operate dental imaging equipment and interpret results.
• Adhere to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols.
