This role offers base compensation with 35% adjusted production, strong clinical support, and a consistent patient flow across two busy locations. Full-time or part-time options, modern technology, and a collaborative team culture are provided.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD licensed (or eligible) in MA.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and case presentation ability.

Responsibilities

• Perform bread-and-butter dentistry: restorations, crowns, bridges, fillings.
• Provide patient-centered dental care with high quality standards.
• Collaborate with hygienists and staff to maintain smooth patient flow.
• Refer complex cases to specialists as needed.

Passion Dental is seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established, high-performing practice in Worcester, MA. This is a great opportunity for a provider who enjoys a variety of cases, strong clinical support, and consistent patient flow across two busy locations.

Position Highlights:

• 4-5 days in Springfield (4 other locations in Western MA)
• Fully staffed, efficient teams with strong hygiene support.
• Established patient base with steady new patient flow.
• Modern technology and well-equipped operatories.

Compensation & Earnings:

• Competitive compensation structure (base + 35% adjusted production).
• Strong daily production opportunities with high earning potential.
• Consistent schedule to support predictable income growth.

Clinical Scope:

• Bread-and-butter dentistry (restorative, crowns, bridges, fillings).
• Opportunities to expand into more advanced procedures based on experience and interest.
• Supported referrals for specialty cases when needed.
