Job summary

West Coast Dental is seeking a General Dentist focused on Pediatrics for a Winchester, CA contractor role. You will provide general, specialty and orthodontic services in a state-of-the-art practice with a strong patient base and a team-driven culture.

The position offers a guaranteed base with production-based earnings, and opportunities for growth through training and company-sponsored CE. Active CA license and pediatric focus are essential.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree and active California State Dental Board license.
• Nitrous sedation certification and active malpractice insurance.
• DEA, CPR and NPI are required; Oral conscious sedation preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the office team to promote trust and relationships with patients and colleagues.
• Understand PPO, HMO, and other dental plans to optimize patient benefits.
