West Coast Dental Administrative Services LLC in Ontario, CA is seeking a General Dentist focused on Pediatrics to join a large, multi-office practice. The role offers a high base salary with production-based incentives and opportunities to work across Southern California.

Candidates should hold a DDS/DMD, California license, nitrous sedation, DEA, CPR, NPI, and malpractice insurance; oral conscious sedation is preferred.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree.
• Active California State Dental Board license.
• Nitrous Sedation Certification.
• Active Malpractice Insurance.
• DEA, CPR and NPI are required.
• Oral Conscious Sedation Certification preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Great interaction with patients to promote trust and the optimal patient experience.
• Collaborating with an entire office team to promote trust, connection and relationship with patients and one-another
• Understanding how PPO, HMO, and other dental plans work to optimize patient benefits
• Proactively addressing patient concerns and providing insight and comfort to patients regarding their dental treatment
