WEST COAST DENTAL ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES LLC in California is seeking a General Dentist focused on pediatrics to join our multi-office team. The position offers a guaranteed base with a percentage production model and a wide patient base across Southern California.

The ideal candidate holds a DDS/DMD, CA license, and nitrous sedation certification, with malpractice insurance and DEA/CPR/NPI credentials. Flexible full-time or part-time arrangements may be available.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree and active California State Dental Board license are required.
• Nitrous Sedation Certification required.
• Active malpractice insurance.
• DEA, CPR and NPI are required.
• Oral Conscious Sedation certification preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide general dentistry with a focus on pediatric patients.
• Collaborate with an office team to ensure a great patient experience.
• Understand how PPO, HMO, and other dental plans work to optimize patient benefits.
• Address patient concerns and explain procedures clearly and empathetically.
