Job summary

42North Dental in Torrington, CT is seeking a Part-time or Full-time General Dentist to join a team offering in-house periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery and orthodontics.

The Dentist will manage the complete patient experience from initial exam and treatment planning to delivery of care, with CE opportunities and a compensation plan of up to 36% of collections. Benefit packages include health, dental, vision, 401K, and ongoing Harvard Rounds Network CE events.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and create treatment plans.
• Educate patients on health options and outcomes.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism.

Education
