Job summary

Arrow Dental Clinic in Eugene, Oregon is seeking a General Dentist to join our clinic. We offer competitive salaries, benefits and a retention bonus, with a focus on serving Medicaid patients.

You will provide comprehensive dental care and contribute to improving oral health while maintaining patient records, managing practice operations, and sharing after-hours on-call responsibilities. Clinic hours are 7:30 am–5:30 pm Monday–Thursday, with possible Friday.

Qualifications

• Licensed Dentist in Oregon is required.
• Nitrous endorsement is required.
• Strong patient management skills are necessary.
• Demonstrated leadership and management ability.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental services to patients.
• Prioritize patient needs and treatment planning while educating the patient.
• Manage patient records, personnel, and practice management responsibilities.
• Share in after-hours on-call responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
