Arrow Dental Clinic in Clatskanie, Oregon is seeking a General Dentist to join our clinic. We offer competitive salaries, a retention bonus, and a loan repayment program. Clinic hours are Mon-Thu 7:30 am - 5:30 pm, with possible Fridays. Applicants must be licensed in Oregon, with nitrous endorsement and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed Dentist within the State of Oregon.
• Nitrous endorsement.
• Strong patient management skills.
• Demonstrated management and leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Computer proficiency with dental practice management software.
• Must have strong decision-making skills.
• Ability to work with frequent interruptions in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and project a professional business image.
• General Practice Residency or equivalent experience working with complex patient care a plus.
• Spanish skills a plus.
• Participate effectively as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental services to patients.
• Prioritize the patient's needs and treatment planning while educating the patient.
• Perform duties and responsibilities managing a dental office to include, not only treating the patient, but maintaining patient records, personnel and practice management, and dental equipment maintenance.
• Share in after hours on-call responsibilities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
