Job summary

Arrow Dental Clinic in Eugene, Oregon is seeking a General Dentist to join our clinic. We offer competitive salaries, benefits and a retention bonus, with a focus on serving Medicaid patients.

You will provide comprehensive dental care and contribute to improving oral health while maintaining patient records, managing practice operations, and sharing after-hours on-call responsibilities. Clinic hours are 7:30 am–5:30 pm Monday–Thursday, with possible Friday.

Job description

At Arrow Dental, we’re passionate about helping you on your journey to be better. We are seeking a General Dentist to join our Arrow Dental clinic in Eugene, Oregon. We offer competitive salaries, great benefits and a retention bonus.

This position is responsible for providing dental care and improving oral health for patients; ensures continued viability and success in accessing and treating; providing a positive experience in addressing their oral care needs. Providers are eligible to apply for the student loan repayment program.

Arrow Dental primarily serves Medicaid patients. This is to help the community with the large population of Medicaid members that became Medicaid eligible due to the Affordable Care Act.

Clinic hours Monday-Thursday 7:30 am - 5:30 pm, possible Friday's

Pay Range

$169,770.43 to $216,466.85 annually, depending on experience. Actual pay is based on qualifications. Applicants who do not exceed the minimum qualifications will only be eligible for the low end of the pay range.

Required Skills

• Licensed Dentist within the State of Oregon.

Primary Functions

• Provide comprehensive dental services to patients
• Prioritize the patient's needs and treatment planning while educating the patient
• Perform duties and responsibilities managing a dental office to include, not only treating the patient, but maintaining patient records, personnel and practice management, and dental equipment maintenance
• Share in after hours on-call responsibilities
• Performs other duties as assigned
