Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree.
• Current state dental license or eligibility for licensure.
• Internationally trained dentists must have completed an appropriate U.S. Advanced Standing DDS/DMD program.
• Experienced dentists and upcoming graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Ability to provide comprehensive general dentistry services.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care to children and adults.
• Diagnose dental conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform restorative dentistry, extractions, crowns, dentures, prosthetic treatment, and other general dentistry procedures.
• Present and explain treatment recommendations to patients and families.
• Educate patients on treatment options and preventive oral health.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and dental records.
• Provide direction and support to Dental Assistants and clinical team members.
• Collaborate with the office team to create a positive patient experience.
• Maintain compliance with applicable dental board regulations, HIPAA, OSHA, and other federal and state requirements.
