Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an ADA/CDAC-accredited dental school.
• Current or eligible state dental license.
• Experienced dentists and prospective graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care, clinical quality, and professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care to patients.
• Diagnose and treat dental conditions through restorative care, extractions, prosthetic treatment, and other appropriate procedures.
• Develop and present treatment plans during patient consultations.
• Review treatment options with patients and families and obtain informed consent.
• Deliver consistent, compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements, including state dental board regulations, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.
• Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and dental records in accordance with company standards.
• Support a positive, collaborative work environment focused on patient care and team success.
