Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an ADA/CDAC-accredited dental school.
• Current or eligible state dental license.
• Experienced dentists and prospective graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care, clinical quality, and professional growth.
• Ability to provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including treatment planning, restorative dentistry, extractions, crowns, dentures, and patient education.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care to children and adults.
• Diagnose and treat dental conditions through restorative dentistry, extractions, crowns, dentures, prosthetic treatment, and other appropriate procedures.
• Develop, present, and explain treatment plans during patient consultations.
• Review treatment options with patients and families and obtain informed consent.
• Deliver consistent, compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate dental records and medical documentation in accordance with company standards.
• Follow all federal, state, and regulatory requirements, including state dental board regulations, HIPAA, and OSHA standards.
• Provide leadership and direction to dental assistants and clinical support staff.
• Support a positive, collaborative office environment focused on patient care and team success.
