Job summary

Familia Dental and Vivid Smiles in Roswell, NM, is hiring a General Dentist for a full-time opportunity open to experienced dentists, associates, and upcoming DDS/DMD graduates seeking clinical autonomy, mentorship, strong earning potential, and long-term career growth.

You will provide comprehensive dental care for children and adults, develop treatment plans, supervise staff, maintain records, and stay compliant with HIPAA and OSHA.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an ADA/CDAC-accredited dental school
• Current or eligible state dental license
• Experienced dentists and prospective graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care, clinical quality, and professional growth
• Ability to provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including treatment planning, restorative dentistry, extractions, crowns, dentures, and patient education

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care to children and adults
• Diagnose and treat dental conditions through restorative dentistry, extractions, crowns, dentures, prosthetic treatment, and other appropriate procedures
• Develop, present, and explain treatment plans during patient consultations
• Review treatment options with patients and families and obtain informed consent
• Deliver consistent, compassionate, patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate dental records and medical documentation in accordance with company standards
• Follow all federal, state, and regulatory requirements, including state dental board regulations, HIPAA, and OSHA standards
• Provide leadership and direction to dental assistants and clinical support staff
• Support a positive, collaborative office environment focused on patient care and team success
