42North Dental is seeking a General Dentist to join our Torrington, CT practice with 2-5 days per week, 8AM-5PM, offering compensation up to 36% of collections. You oversee the full patient experience from initial exam to treatment plan and care delivery, including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Formación

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics.
• Keep up to date with new developments and continuing education.
