42 North Dental in Enfield, CT is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join a practice with in-house specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics. You’ll manage the entire patient experience from exam to treatment, with a strong patient flow from new patients and a compensation plan offering a daily guarantee or up to 36% of collections, plus a $20k sign-on.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Active state dental license.
• Hepatitis B vaccination documentation.
• Malpractice insurance proof.
• BLS/CPR certification valid.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases and create treatment plans.
• Educate patients on oral health options.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth and surrounding tissues.
• Maintain high standard of care and ethics.
