Job summary

42 North Dental in Enfield, CT is seeking a Full-Time General Dentist. The role covers the complete clinical patient experience from exam to treatment planning and delivery of care, including in-office specialty services like periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Join a team focused on education, growth, and excellent patient care with strong earning potential. Day-to-day schedule is 4–5 days per week, 8AM–5PM with up to a $20K sign-on bonus and a daily guarantee or 36%

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Discuss treatment options with patients and obtain consent.
• Manage and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Interpret x-rays and other diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissue of the oral cavity.
• Maintain high standards of care, ethics and professionalism.
• Keep up with new developments and continuing education.
