Job summary

42 North Dental in Enfield, CT, is seeking a full-time General Dentist to lead the patient experience from initial exam to care delivery. In-office services include endodontics, periodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics. The team supports your clinical expertise and ongoing advancement.

The practice offers a signup bonus up to $20,000 and a compensation structure of up to 36% of collections, plus comprehensive benefits and CE opportunities.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone, and soft tissues.
• Maintain high standard of care and ethics.
• Keep up with new developments through continuing education.
