Job summary

Adventure Dental & Vision in Wichita, KS is seeking a General Dentist to provide preventive and restorative dental care for children, educate caregivers and patients on preventive practices, and lead staff in pediatric treatment. The role reports to the Vice President of Clinical Services.

Pay range: $700-$1000/day with signing bonus up to $15K and relocation assistance up to $10K; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401K, CE stipend, and paid holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and service for our patients by responding promptly to patient, caregiver, and team needs
• Examine patients, diagnose diseases, and effectively treat and perform all necessary procedures
• Educate caregivers and patients regarding all aspects of treatment and stay informed on latest dental treatment techniques
• Partner with neighboring practices to inform and educate referring providers of the services provided
• Help kids and their caregivers to develop excellent habits in oral health
• Support efforts to promote the company and attract new patients within the community
• Participate in team activities and communication such as morning huddle, provider meetings, company events and email communications
• Participate in other duties that support the mission of providing high-quality and compassionate dental, vision, and orthodontic services to underserved children

This position will report to the Vice President of Clinical Services.

Pay range: $700-$1000/day
