Job summary

Adventure Dental & Orthodontics in Washington, DC seeks a General Dentist to provide preventive and restorative dental care for children and educate families on oral health.

Reporting to the Vice President of Clinical Services, you will deliver high-quality care, supervise staff, and collaborate with neighboring practices to expand community access. The role offers competitive daily pay of $700-$1000 and a signing bonus with relocation assistance, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• State license in good standing is required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with care and accuracy.
• Ability to obtain Medicaid provider number and NPI.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and service for our patients by responding promptly to patient, caregiver, and team needs
• Examine patients, diagnose diseases, and effectively treat and perform all necessary procedures
• Educate caregivers and patients regarding all aspects of treatment and stay informed on latest dental treatment techniques
• Partner with neighboring practices to inform and educate referring providers of the services provided
• Help kids and their caregivers to develop excellent habits in oral health
• Support efforts to promote the company and attract new patients within the community
• Participate in team activities and communication such as morning huddle, provider meetings, company events and email communications
• Participate in other duties that support the mission of providing high-quality and compassionate dental, vision, and orthodontic services to underserved children

About the Role

Adventure Dental & Orthodontics in Washington, DC, is currently seeking a General Dentist to provide preventive and restorative dental care for children, instructing staff on how to assist in patient treatment and educating caregivers and patients regarding preventive practices. This position will report to the Vice President of Clinical Services.

Pay range: $700-$1000/day

Job Responsibilities
