Dr Brent Martin DMD PLLC in Zillah, Washington is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join a modern practice focused on comprehensive care and mentorship. The position offers a generous sign-on bonus of $10,000–$25,000 and a $5,000 relocation allowance, with a supportive team and opportunities for partnership.

You will diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions using digital imaging, implants, and other advanced tech in a patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active Washington State dental license (or ability to obtain).
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and CDC guidelines.
• Experience with dental practice management software preferred.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred; new grads encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of oral health conditions.
• Perform comprehensive dental exams using digital imaging and X-rays.
• Provide treatments including cleanings, fillings, crowns, veneers, whitening, extractions, endodontics, implants, and dentures.
• Administer local anesthesia and manage patient comfort.
• Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
• Conduct oral cancer screenings.
• Prescribe antibiotics and pain management medications as needed.
• Take impressions for crowns, dentures, and other dental appliances.
