Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Valid, unrestricted license to practice dentistry in Washington.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a gentle chairside manner.
• Commitment to continuing education and staying current with dental technologies.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive, periodic, and limited oral examinations.
• Diagnose and provide appropriate dental treatment plans to patients.
• Provide high-quality clinical care including restorative, crown and bridge, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery.
• Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in our practice management software.
• Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and front office team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive, periodic, and limited oral examinations.

• Provide high-quality clinical care, including "bread and butter" dentistry (composite restorations, crown and bridge, removable prosthodontics, basic endodontics, and oral surgery).
• Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in our practice management software.
• Collaborate with our hygienists, dental assistants, and front office team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
