Willamette Dental in Twin Falls, Idaho, is looking for a General Dentist to provide high-quality dental care based on evidence-based practices. You will perform the full range of general dentistry, supporting our mission and values while ensuring excellent patient care.

Location: Twin Falls Practice
Position Type: Full Time
Schedule: 3 10‑hour shifts (30 hours per week) or 4 10‑hour shifts (40 hours per week)
Expected Hiring Range: $195,000 – $215,000 annually (based on 40 hours)
The General Dentist supports Willamette Dental’s evidence‑based treatment philosophy, mission, vision, and core values by performing the full scope of general dentistry permitted by state.
Degree as a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), or Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS). Successful completion of a traditional pre‑doctoral dentistry program and valid licensure in the state(s) where practicing.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including education, job‑related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. This position is also eligible for incentive pay in accordance with the Company’s plan.
The work is primarily performed while sitting and/or standing. It will require occasional walking, bending, stooping, and carrying light items such as papers or other supplies. The incumbent uses a computer and other standard office equipment to complete tasks.
