Job description

Overview:

In this role, you'll have an impact on our mission of Smiles For Everyone by helping patients achieve their best oral health. You'll provide exceptional patient care in a collaborative, supportive environment. We're also proud to be the second highest ranked healthcare provider in the U.S.

Schedule (days/hours):

Mon-Thur

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough dental examinations, diagnose oral health issues, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  2. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment maintenance to promote long-term oral health.
  3. Lead your team, including dental assistants, hygienists, and other staff members, to ensure smooth patient care and treatment coordination.
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, procedures performed, and patient progress.
  5. Stay updated on advancements in dentistry by attending seminars and pursuing ongoing education to provide the latest treatments.
  6. Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.
Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Active state dental license (or in the process of obtaining).
Compensation:

$150,000-200,000
