Job summary

Archway Dental Partners is seeking an experienced Full-Time General Dentist to join our multi-location practice in California. The role requires a CT Dental License, a four-day work week, and Saturdays commitment to patient care.

We prioritize compassionate service and top-tier dental results. The successful candidate will perform diagnostics, comprehensive treatment planning, restorative, endodontic and cosmetic procedures, while maintaining patient records and delivering excellent chair-side

Qualifications

• Must have CT Dental License.
• Saturdays a must.
• Must be willing to work 4 days work week.
• Recent graduates and experienced providers are welcome!

Responsibilities

• Excellent diagnostic skills and treatment plan appropriately
• Skilled at completing basic and complex procedures including direct and indirect restorations
• Excellent restorative, endo and cosmetic skills
• Maintain proper patient treatment records
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to lead
• Use a variety of modern dental instruments including hand tools, rotary instruments and digital radiographs
• Excellent chair-side manner focused on educating patients and providing top-level customer service
