Job summary

Archway Dental Partners in Connecticut is seeking an experienced Full-Time General Dentist to join our team and deliver high-quality dental care in a patient-friendly setting.

You will perform comprehensive exams, diagnose and plan treatments, perform restorations, endodontics, cosmetic procedures, and maintain accurate records while upholding excellent patient service.

We offer a competitive salary; the range is $150k-$200k+, with opportunities for growth based on experience and performance.

Qualifications

• Must have CT Dental License.
• Saturdays a must.
• Recent graduates and experienced providers welcome.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive exams and develop treatment plans.
• Complete restorations and cosmetic procedures; include endodontics as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient treatment records and documentation.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and patient education; lead by example.

Job Description

• Excellent diagnostic skills and treatment plan appropriately
• Skilled at completing basic and complex procedures including direct and indirect restorations.
• Excellent restorative, endo and cosmetic skills
• Maintain proper patient treatment records
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to lead
• Use a variety of modern dental instruments including hand tools, rotary instruments and digital radiographs
• Excellent chair-side manner focused on educating patients and providing top-level customer service
