Job summary

Archway Dental Partners seeks an experienced Full-Time General Dentist to join our dental family. You will provide high-quality care across restorative, endodontic, and cosmetic procedures, maintain patient records, and lead with clear communication in a welcoming, patient-centered environment.

This role emphasizes diagnostic excellence and top-level customer service across our practices. Must have CT Dental License, be willing to work four days per week, and Saturdays are required.

Qualifications

• Must have CT Dental License.
• Saturdays a must.
• Must be willing to work 4 days per week.
• Recent graduates and experienced providers are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Excellent diagnostic skills and treatment plan appropriately.
• Skilled at completing basic and complex procedures including direct and indirect restorations.
• Excellent restorative, endo and cosmetic skills.
• Maintain proper patient treatment records.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to lead.
• Use a variety of modern dental instruments including hand tools, rotary instruments and digital radiographs.
• Excellent chair-side manner focused on educating patients and providing top-level customer service.
