Archway Dental Partners is seeking an experienced Full-Time General Dentist to join our team across multiple locations. We focus on quality dental and personal care in a relaxed, welcoming environment. The role involves diagnosing, planning and performing a range of procedures while maintaining patient records and delivering exceptional service.

The ideal candidate holds a CT Dental License, can work Saturdays, and commit to a four-day work week. Salary ranges from $150,000 to $350,000 per year.

• Excellent diagnostic skills and treatment plan appropriately.
• Skilled at completing basic and complex procedures including direct and indirect restorations.
• Excellent restorative, endo and cosmetic skills.
• Maintain proper patient treatment records.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to lead.
• Use a variety of modern dental instruments including hand tools, rotary instruments and digital radiographs.
• Excellent chair-side manner focused on educating patients and providing top-level customer service.
