Job summary

Patriot Dental in Lebanon, Tennessee is seeking an experienced, patient-focused General Dentist to join our established, thriving practice. This full-time role offers a 4–5 clinical days per week schedule, production-based compensation, and a modern, technology-forward environment with supportive teammates.

You will deliver comprehensive dentistry, diagnose and treat with evidence-based protocols, collaborate with hygiene staff, maintain accurate documentation, and provide outstanding patient

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active Tennessee dental license or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Experience in comprehensive general dentistry.
• Strong understanding of periodontal diagnosis and treatment.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
• Ability to integrate quickly into an established clinical team.

We're looking for a dentist who is clinically confident, efficient, and committed to providing outstanding patient care. The ideal candidate will have:

• Active Tennessee dental license (or ability to obtain one prior to start)
• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Strong experience in comprehensive general dentistry
• A strong understanding of periodontal diagnosis and treatment, with a commitment to building and maintaining a healthy hygiene/perio culture
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
