Dream Dental in Goodlettsville, TN is seeking an Associate General Dentist to join our busy, established practice. This full-time role features a rotating four-day workweek, a strong patient base, and comprehensive benefits.

You will provide comprehensive dentistry, diagnose and treatment plan, and collaborate with a supportive team to maximize clinical productivity. Ideal candidates have a DDS/DMD, TN license, and at least one year of experience.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active Tennessee dental license or eligibility for licensure.
• At least one year of clinical dentistry experience preferred.

Dream Dental is looking for a motivated, patient-focused Associate General Dentist to join our busy, well-established practice in Goodlettsville, Tennessee!

Our practice has a strong, established patient base, consistent patient flow, and an experienced clinical support team. You'll be joining our owner dentist and a part-time associate in a collaborative environment where you can stay busy, grow clinically, and maximize your earning potential!

Work Schedule – Rotating 4-Day Workweek

• Week 1: Monday – Thursday

Saturday availability is required as part of the regular schedule.

Requirements

Education and Training

• Doctor of Dental Surgery or Dental Medicine.
• State license and malpractice insurance.
• Additional experience, certifications, or licensing may be required.
• Strong computer skills and experience with healthcare databases and applications.
• Willingness to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding dental and health care.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to keep detailed records.
• Comprehensive and current knowledge of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics.
• Patience when dealing with patients and staff.
• Ability to communicate with patients regarding their health and care.
• Great problem solving
