Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active Tennessee dental license (or ability to obtain one prior to start).
• Strong experience in comprehensive general dentistry.
• Strong understanding of periodontal diagnosis and treatment, with a commitment to building and maintaining a healthy hygiene/perio culture.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
• Ability to integrate quickly into an established clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive general dentistry in a well-established practice.
• Diagnose and treat patients using evidence-based clinical protocols.
• Perform restorative, crown and bridge, emergency, and preventative procedures.
• Collaborate with an experienced hygiene team to promote exceptional periodontal health.
• Build trust with patients while maintaining high standards of clinical care and customer service.
• Ensure accurate clinical documentation and compliance with all regulatory standards.
