Martin Dentistry in Elizabethton, TN is seeking an Associate Dentist to join a thriving, patient-focused practice. Full-time schedule (8:00am–5:00pm) with part-time options for the right candidate, a modern, tech-enabled clinic, and a collaborative team.

Candidates will diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions, develop individualized plans, and maintain records using Open Dental, with strong opportunities for growth and a generous sign-on bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
  • Active Tennessee state dental license.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience or completion of residency (new grads considered if exceptional).
  • Strong competency in restorative dentistry, periodontal therapy, endodontics, and basic oral surgery.
  • Excellent communication and patient management skills.
  • Commitment to high-quality, detail-oriented care.

Responsibilities

About The Opportunity

Join a thriving, patient-focused dental practice in Elizabethton, TN, as an Associate Dentist. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dentist to deliver comprehensive oral healthcare in a collaborative and modern environment. This is an opportunity to build lasting patient relationships while practicing in a state-of-the-art facility with advanced dental technology. With a patient volume of 118 new patients per month, you’ll have a consistent and rewarding patient base.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

Associate production-based compensation: 35% of adjusted production (range 30–40% based on experience/performance)
Average first-year dentist: $200,000
Average second-year dentist: $250,000
Year three and beyond: $350,000+ (average full-time salary at Martin Dentistry: $375,000)
Sign-on bonus: Up to $25,000
Health insurance: Company-sponsored, up to $500/month premium contribution
Vision insurance: Fully paid by company
Continuing education stipend: $6,000/year (many CE opportunities at no cost)
401k plan: 4% company match after one year
Malpractice insurance: Paid by company
Vacation: 4 weeks unpaid
Potential for higher compensation for specialists in endodontics or oral surgery
