Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree, active and unrestricted license in Indiana
• Clinical knowledge in comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues
• Desire for continuous learning and skill development
• Ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans
• Understanding of PHI and HIPAA requirements, with commitment to data protection

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodations
• Prolonged sitting and standing
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• Availability for virtual or in-person training sessions
• TB test completion prior to employment, except in FL & TN
