Rural Health Group Dental - NC Licensed Dentist

Salary range ($140K-$155K) based on experience and SIGN ON BONUS!
Relocation allowance, continuing education allowance, loan repayment!

Full-time employees are eligible to participate in insurance plans including medical, dental, life, short-term disability, and long-term disability. The company contributes significantly towards medical insurance premiums. We also offer a 403(b) retirement plan with immediate company contributions.

Located in scenic northeastern North Carolina, Rural Health Group seeks a General Dentist committed to providing excellent oral health care in our patient-centered medical/dental home clinics. The dentist will work at our Roanoke Rapids NC dental office (see map). At least one year of experience or residency is preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.

Each location features six operatories with state-of-the-art dental equipment, including digital imaging. We use eClinicalWorks (eCW) for electronic dental records and practice management. The patient mix includes both adults and children. The typical schedule for dentists is four 10-hour days per week.

RHG is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center serving underserved regions through:

  • 15 Family Practice and Internal Medicine offices, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, and School-Based Health Center Program (outpatient only for FM/IM; OB/GYN & PEDS have hospital privileges and call)
  • 3 dental offices for all ages
  • 3 in-house pharmacies, including a 340b pharmacy program
  • Integrated Behavioral Health services with psychologists and LCSWs
  • Case Management and Care Management services
  • Community Outreach programs targeting Migrant/Seasonal Farmworkers, health education, and insurance outreach

Ideal candidates are committed to rural practice and establishing roots in the community, with potential residence in Roanoke Rapids or Rocky Mount areas. Our providers include Family Physicians, Internists, Pediatricians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, OB/GYNs, CNMs, Dentists, Pharmacists, Psychologists, and Social Workers.
