Job summary

Eastern Dental of Burlington LLC is seeking a patient-focused Dentist to care for patients in a multi-specialty practice. You will be paid a guaranteed hourly rate, or a percentage of your collections—whichever is higher—with flexibility in work location and hours.

The role requires a DDS/DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school and a NJ license. The position targets 3–5 years of experience, emphasizes quality and patient satisfaction, and includes CE course allowance and benefits.

Qualifications

• DDS / DMD degree from an accredited U.S. dental school is required.
• New Jersey State Dental License active in good standing is required.
• Ability to credential with insurances and government programs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat patients with oral diseases.
• Provide general dentistry treatment with compassionate care.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Monitor patient progress and maintain records.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and dental board procedures.
• Work with staff to provide quality patient care.
• Address clinical issues promptly and accurately.
