Job summary

NoTraffic is building the future of mobility software. We are seeking our first General Counsel to own all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters and to partner with the leadership team to enable revenue growth and global expansion.

This hands-on, high-impact role will build the legal function from the ground up, manage risk, and support growth across markets by shaping contracts, policies, and IP strategy while collaborating with product, engineering, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all customer, partner, and channel agreements, with a focus on the North America market
• Build scalable contract frameworks to accelerate deal velocity
• Partner with product and R&D on compliance, data usage, and AI-based systems
• Ensure alignment between product, regulatory requirements, and market needs
• Navigate regulations across mobility, smart infrastructure, privacy, and AI
• Engage directly with regulators and public sector stakeholders
• Build and scale the legal function from the ground up
• Establish processes, policies, and legal infrastructure
• Lead all matters related to intellectual property, including patents and IP strategy
• Support manufacturing compliance and lead legal aspects of supplier and vendor negotiations
