Job summary

Qualifications
- You must have 8+ years of contracting, negotiation, or related commercial/legal experience.
- Strong knowledge of commercial contract law, terms, and risk management.
- Experience using or implementing AI/automation in CLM workflows.
- Familiarity with digital contracting tools and analytics platforms.
- Proven track record negotiating high-value contracts.
Responsibilities
- Develop contract strategies, policies, templates, tools, and standard terms.
- Oversee negotiation, review, and execution of procurement contracts and commercial agreements.
- Lead a team of contracts professionals and attorneys.
- Drive AI-enabled contracting, risk assessment, and CLM optimization.
- Collaborate with Procurement, ISC, GRE, Finance, and Operations to manage risk.
