Honeywell Technologies seeks a General Counsel for Procurement/ISC/Global Real Estate to lead contract strategy, governance, and automation for procurement and real estate agreements. You will manage a team of contracts professionals and partner with Procurement, ISC, GRE, Finance, and regional leaders to enable compliant, commercially sound agreements.

You will drive modernization by leveraging AI and analytics to enhance CLM, risk assessment, templates, and tools, impacting revenue enablement

Qualifications

Must-have: extensive contracting and negotiation experience.
Must-have: strong knowledge of commercial contract law and risk management.
Experience with AI/automation in CLM.
Experience with digital contracting tools and analytics platforms.
Track record negotiating high-value contracts.
Proven team leadership experience.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

Develop and implement contract strategies, policies and tools.
Oversee negotiation, review and execution of procurement contracts and commercial agreements.
Lead contracts professionals and attorneys, with clear KPIs and governance.
