ScaleTech in Edison, NJ is seeking a General Counsel with a strong background in Legal Writing and deposition preparation. This role requires ownership of outcomes, data-driven decision making, and the ability to mentor teammates within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

The successful candidate will support eDiscovery operations, collaborate across teams, and ensure continued Edison-based functions as the company scales. 5 years of relevant experience is expected.

Competenze

• 5 years of Legal Writing experience.
• Experience with deposition preparation.
• Thrives in deadline-driven, data-honest environment.
• Willing to own aspects of the General Counsel function.
• Strong critical thinking and independent judgment.
• Self-awareness to know which problems to solve.
